By creating an account or using Festival Wallet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Festival Wallet provides:

• For Users: A platform to purchase event tickets, manage a digital wallet, and access events
• For Vendors: Point-of-sale systems, product management, and payment processing
• For Admins: Event management, vendor coordination, analytics, and payout processing

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer
• Service fees are non-refundable
• Tickets may be transferred or resold through our official resale marketplace
• We are not responsible for event cancellations or changes by the organizer
• Counterfeit or fraudulent tickets will result in account termination

5. Vendor Terms

If you register as a vendor, you additionally agree to:

• Only sell products you are authorized to sell
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate product information and pricing
• Accept applicable commission fees on sales
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

6. Admin Terms

Event administrators agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Honor all ticket sales made through the platform
• Pay applicable platform fees
• Comply with local laws regarding event hosting
• Maintain appropriate insurance and permits

7. Fees and Payments

• Service Fee: A service fee is added to each ticket purchase
• Platform Fee: Event admins are charged a percentage of ticket revenue
• Vendor Commission: Vendors may be charged commission on sales
• All fees are clearly displayed before purchase
• Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or collect data without authorization
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Engage in ticket scalping or price gouging

9. Limitation of Liability

Festival Wallet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Event cancellations or changes
• Loss of data or revenue
• Actions of third parties
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
